Today I flew around south of the Rotterdam CTR. Even though it was a rather gray day, the clouds were high enough for me to go up to 3000 feet to practice some manoeuvring. We did some turns, climbing, descending, and a stall. 

I also practiced an emergency landing, to keep the routine.

After about forty minutes, we re-entered the CTR (which was pretty much empty) and flew along the river to the Euromast. A 360 gave us awesome views of the city. Even at 1500 feet it seems like we’re so close to the buildings! Beautiful and terrifying at the same time. 

With a bit of crosswind we landed on runway 24, completing my very first flight of 2023! Many more to come, hopefully!
