Just this day, Stadtlohn-Vreden Airport was opened until sunset. “Please make some touch-and-goes, guys!”

Needless to say, we obliged. Also, because I wanted to break my record of most landings in a day. My previous record was 16, during a very long flying lesson at Texel Airport. So today, I had to make 17.

Through four flights (something one can only do with many planes and not many people at one’s disposal), I managed to do 17 landings, with the very last one being five minutes before sunset.
